This infographic shows the difference in kitchen costs from flat pack kitchens to premium German kitchens. With Flat pack kitchens you need to add a further 48% extra cost to have it fitted properly this fitting cost reduces as your kitchen prices increase.
A high quality German kitchen can start from as low as $9,000 including fitting.
It is important to know what the cost are when looking at kitchen remodeling or redesign and what type of kitchen design will suite your room. High End kitchens start around the $28,000 and upwards this is when you can look at larger kitchens which contain islands, handleless doors and high quality work surfaces.
Our research showed that a kitchen remodel has the greatest chance of increasing the value of your house and is one of the most important aspects which buyers look for when they are browsing houses to purchase, so it is important you choose the right kitchen at the right price to gain a good return.

In the Name of the Mere Unknown
Mankind… the noblest creature… the talker animal… the thoughtful brain
Who analyses everything around him, analyses, theorizes. He hypothesizes. He proves a theory. He understands everything, he thinks he understands everything. He thinks he is a mankind because he thinks.
A Cube, a Rectangular Cube
Look at him afar… What do you see?! A pendant cube in the air, being pendant between the earth and the sky, being pendant between physics and ultra. His tendency to flight is eternal, permanent. Though, terrestrial attractions attract him such that the flight of the soul has been legend for him.
He can culminate more than angels but what a profit from the attractions which have crucified his heavenly wings and pull him from every side.
With an external layer, a white cortex. A face, a small face which has decorated itself with various notions, diverse thoughts.

Design With Nature
In hot, humid areas trying to shut out the unpleasant weather does not work well.
Electricity for fans or air conditioning is unreliable and condensation from humidity causes more problems than the heat. Opening to the breezes is much more effective. Peoples of hot, humid regions can define buildings as roofs with spaces blending from indoors to out through screens instead of walls, allowing breezes in.
Domplatz Linz – project description from the architects
The impressive neo-gothic Mariendom cathedral of Linz is clearly opposed by the unfinished Domplatz square, that had never been completed in accordance to the original idea to free up the entire quadrangle between the surrounding streets. This heterogeneous situation was unsatisfactory from the point of view of urban planning and was to be resolved by means of a competition, which also included the construction of a hotel and an underground car park as well as the revitalization of two existing baroque buildings.
By including the surrounding streets and by means of the solitary positioning of the new hotel a link to the heart of the city is created – a place at the square.
